General Terms of Sale – Citrus Sun Creative

Article 1: Scope of ApplicationThese terms apply to all purchases made through Citrus Sun Creative’s website or associated platforms. “Client” refers to any individual or organization that completes a purchase with Citrus Sun Creative through our secure online payment platform or via manual payment methods such as e-transfer, cheque, or cash.

Article 1a: Age RequirementsClients must be at least 16 years old to purchase physical or digital products, and at least 18 years old to access our services (e.g., coaching, workshops, or consulting). While our content is appropriate for most audiences, we aim to work with clients mature enough to fully understand the responsibilities of running or marketing a business. Any individual not meeting the age requirements will be removed from our database, refunded, and may be asked to return any products received.

Article 2: OrdersBy placing an order with Citrus Sun Creative, you confirm that you’ve read and accepted these general terms of sale without exception.

Article 3: PricingAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes, where required. Any shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated separately and shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but the amount charged will be the one displayed at the time your order is placed.

Article 4: PaymentFull payment is required at the time of order, including for pre-orders. We accept most major credit and debit cards via Stripe. All transactions are processed securely. We do not accept American Express at this time. Stripe is solely responsible for the encryption and security of payment data.

Article 5: Delivery (if applicable)If your order includes physical goods, delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping details, including postal/ZIP code. Citrus Sun Creative is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information. If a package is lost in transit, we’ll do our best to either resend your product or issue a refund as per your purchase warranty.
